Note:
A company qualifies as a small company in a financial year if,
for that year, two or more of the following conditions are
satisfied.
a) Turnover less than or equal to £2.8m
b) Balance Sheet Total less than or equal to £1.4m
c) Average number of employees less than or equal to 50.
